# A Model Constitution for Adaptive, Evidence-Based Education

> A fully-referenced model constitution for organizing education around continuous, evidence-based observation instead of periodic examination. It sets out 113 constitutional provisions across a Preamble and 15 Articles, each paired with its own design rationale, plus an interactive AI assistant that answers questions grounded directly in the text.

This is a template document, not a mandate: any school, network, or jurisdiction may adopt it in whole or in part. It distinguishes Core Principles (non-derogable), Recommended Standards (scalable to resources), and Optional Modules (freely adoptable or declinable), so institutions with very different resources can adopt it in good faith.
